Michigan 1931 Abortion Law - Ralph Rebandt for Michigan Governor

Michigan 1931 Abortion Law

Candidate Ralph Rebandt for Michigan Governor reacted to the decision by Michigan Judge Elizabeth Gleicher who unilaterally nullified the Michigan 1931 Abortion Law. Rebandt was in Washington D.C. being prepped on national defense issues when he heard the news and responded passionately saying “Elizabeth Gleicher has overstepped her position, is responsible for an egregiously evil decision putting babies in Michigan at risk, and needs to be removed from office immediately because she has failed not only her oath, but the citizens of Michigan!” Rebandt continued “The problem with this type of judicial behavior is typical of tyrannical activists. She simply took her cue from Governor Whitmer who has been working unilaterally for years. Don’t hold your breath for Gretchen Whitmer or Dana Nessel to censure Gleicher, but things will change next January under a Rebandt administration!”
